The Home Team running the usual from Jenkintown Running Company decided to go to Alverthorpe Park. Two went over and back for 3 miles and one added inside the park for 4 total. T’Adam gets the kudo [sic] for doing more than the typical 5K distance we usually do for Growlers Group Run.

Two went over and back for 3 miles and one added inside the park for 4 total. T’Adam gets the kudo [sic] for doing more than the typical 5K distance we usually do.
As for the Traveling Team, who joined Black Men Run Philadelphia, a 5K distance was possible and one of the guys did turn back for it during our out-and-back. The rest of us did the club’s usual 5mi distance, this time down the Schuylkill River Trail from Lloyd Hall on Boathouse Row into Center City. Jim-var gets a kudo for reminding me beforehand that the usual 5th week of the month was imminent, so we could plan: It nearly passed by me, weirdly (We’ve done it so often.)!
The final of 3 kudi [sic] goes to Jay-var who managed to do negative splits each mile of the run. He was pleased to top off faster than he’s done in many a recent run trying to keep up with the front finishers. He couldn’t, but not to ill effect.
