You can check out the ‘pose’ subject heading for some examples, but we haven’t featured any in the attendance shot for a while. And then my mind went to Army Drew, whose presence of late made me think of his fave: psychotic eyeballs.
The pose was ‘psychotic eyeballs’ (a la Army Drew [see Cerebrun]), but only Train Dave seemed to capture it; for reasons I can’t quite explain.
I described the look to the Growlers for them to execute, but maybe I should have demonstrated or shown a picture. Some might have thought it a joke. Half and cheesy grins took a lot away from the look of authentic derangement. Kudos, though, to Train Dave who did quite nearly as well as Army Drew would have (if he hadn’t still been out in his car getting ready when we took the shot).
There might not be much reason to be concerned when someone can execute a look with aplomb. Being able to look a part doesn’t mean anything about the individual playing it. Right, Drew? I said, Right?
