I began crafting cleverly considered cogitations for incarnations of this club in 2018. Then, they were available exclusively through email and Facebook. Going back and reading any that happened to be particularly memorable required email and Facebook accounts. And fortitude. Because those platforms were intended for communication and communitizing, but not for recalling (these cogitations, at least). In 2019, I began writing remarkably reflective ruminations for another running throng. Ditto on the exclusive availability.

I had considered consolidating both collections in one classy compendium, but they had become quantifiably considerable. Then my professional circumstances provided me with the opportunity to act. So in June of this year, I began the process of republishing the plenitude. Now I’m done.

As of this, my 300th piece (#185 Cerebrun and #115 Rumination, respectively) between the 2 groups, you can now check them out: Running. While having some familiarity with the respective groups (or running in general) is helpful, knowing them is not a prerequisite. Be assured, though, reading them all will give you considerable insight into running, 2 particular running groups, me, and even life itself.
