Sometimes plans have a way of just falling together. It helps if you involve the right people. Last week I already said I’d been thinking about joining Black Men Run Philadelphia some time. The problem is that they run right when the Growlers run on Wednesdays. Enter my cousin Amon who knows the group. So Amon says, he says, Make it a joint run. Mind officially blown. The way to get to know people unlike yourself (however you define that) is to be with people unlike yourself. Step one planned.
It would have made for real diversity if we had a female Native-American joining us. Know any?
