While KayCee and the Blue Belles run with us Wissahickon club members regularly enough, I don’t always get to catch up with them the way I’d like. That plus liking to shake up the running routine means that joining the, in their Blue Bell environs is a welcome change. That’s what I did last week during our SRC run time.

(L-R: Christine, Kelee, CtCloser, KayCee)
Like the rest of SRC’s members, the bunch of them are happy to welcome visitors like me and we’re really not strangers to each other anyway. So CtCloser, Christine, KayCee, and Kelee got to do a lot of nice socializing. KayCee and I did 12 miles, physicalizing [sic].
On a year end note, Christmas and Chanukkah are on the same day for the first time since 2005; another less frequent happening. To force an unlikely comparison, I dedicate the run to the spirit of social embrace. Happy Kwanzaa, too.
