For as short a piece as a Cerebrun is, not having much of a point will seem especially noticeable. What comes to mind is a lot of a little.
The ridiculous attendance picture pose brings to mind the willingness of a bunch of modestly serious runners to behave with modest seriousness for recording purposes. Voila, hanging out amid the running apparel. Literally.

Us? Just hangin’ around. Adam arrived later and got a little ahead.
Seeing Andrew and Megan back brings to mind an earlier run with 5 couples (2022’02’16’W). Which itself brings to mind the fact that none of those couples started coming together. Rather, one started and then convinced the other to join. In last week’s pic, that was Train Dave bringing Adelaide, Aaron bringing Candace, and Megan bringing Andrew. Of course, the coolness is that the one of each pair who came later believed the one who came earlier about the quality of the community and enjoyed us Growlers enough for both to continue.
And that’s about it. A sprint-style Cerebrun comprising 2 literary fartleks: “You can choose to mix a wide range of paces and lengths for your faster efforts, or head out without a detailed structure and just go by how you feel.”
