Communitizing

(Vkw.studiogood)

It’s an odd word that embraces the idea of a group becoming a community; a space where interaction is intimate and productive. It’s also an odd concept that suggests it’s possible for people to make it happen; make a mere group into a community that is warm and effective.

It can happen when someone embraces the mission to facilitate it. It can happen when a facilitator encourages and equips its members to nurture it.
